My wife's employer offers her a family HDHP health plan that her, my 2 children and myself are all on. When asked about her health coverage, I entered that she is covered under a family plan and then entered all of the information from the tax forms we received. Next, the Turbo Tax software asked if I was covered under an HDHP plan. I'm not sure what to enter. I tried entering "Family Plan" but then the software asked for all of my contributions which were zero because I do not pay for the insurance as my wife does. What do I enter for this part of the program?

Say NO ... you do not have a separate plan of your own.
