First you will need to start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have one with us.
Next you will contact us and a Support Representative will push a download into your TurboTax account. https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
Finally sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
