It's likely due to the large volume of submissions. If you still can't submit, file an extension while there is still time.

File federal extension online here.

State extensions can be found here if needed

other users are saying that it eventually goes thru.

Why would i file an extension if turbo tax ran my card for their services. doesn't it have to go thru before midnight if they took my money?

You can wait. Extension is a choice. Again, the message is likely due to it being April 15th.
