Has anyone had any luck using the link that Intuit Turbotax sent via email for a 30% discount?

I followed the link this morning and upon signing into my account I received a message that my account was not eligible for the discount. Why send me a customized email telling me I have a discount only to tell me I'm not eligible? This is shady.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
