Has anyone experienced the "Enter my bank account information screen" not loading?

Yes, several people have posted about that issue.  Sounds like your system may have timed out.  I suggest you clear your cookies and cache' then reboot.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have run all updates.
