H1b tax returns

I came to US on 23rd sept 19 on H1b. Should I file tac returns ? Was in US for 8 days in 2018.

Yes, you should still file a tax return, Form 1040-NR as a nonresident.

However, you would not be able to file with TurboTax as we do not support the nonresident tax forms. However, we have a partnership with Sprintax who offers filing solutions to our TurboTax customers. Please click here Sprintax.
