Hi,
I entered the US in 2015. I was on an F-1 VISA then F-1 OPT until I got my H-1B this summer with the October 1st, 2020 start date. I have not left the US in 2020. Am I able to file taxes with TurboTax as a resident with a 1040? Should I file a 1040-NR? Or should I use the Dual citizen option?

Thank you for your help!

You will file a regular 1040 as a resident for tax purposes since you met the Substantial Presence Test in 2020. Before you were exempt for 5 calendar years 2015 -2019 because of your F-1 visa. Please see IRS Alien Residency Examples for additional information.
Thank you!
