Turbo Tax Business seems to be confusing the grantor and the signing fiduciary, which are two different people. I have gone through answering the questions multiple times and the resulting 8453-FE comes out incorrect every single time. Is there a known bug?

Prepare that part of the return in Forms Mode on the Fiduciary Information Worksheet.
Got it. Which is what I've been doing but it's concerning that the Q&A portion didn't fill it out properly. I've been questioning what I've been seeing.
What about the Name and Title of Fiduciary at the top? Change that as well. What TurboTax Business is doing is taking the name of the Grantor and making him the Fiduciary.
What you are seeing is probably the standard programming for the product since it is DIY software (assumptions are made accordingly).
As DIY software, the grantor is typically almost always going to be the fiduciary (the person who is e-filing the return). However, this should be able to be changed in Forms Mode.
Ok, thank you. One last question on this. When I get to the section to print and sign it, the income is $0. I had entered income in the Q&A process, which is the whole reason I have to file this. I'm assuming I have to edit that as well and manually enter the income.
The income is $0 on what form?
This being a grantor trust, your 1041 should show $0 since the income is being reported to you (the grantor) on the GIS (grantor information statement).
