When will the 25% off be applied? I got an email today that if I finished my taxes today I would get 25% off but I don't think it applied before I signed?

Got the same email. Was given some steps such as logging out, clearing the cache, then clicking through the email. But still nothing. Seems to be nothing more than click bait.
