Got a bill from TBA, is that connected with my owed taxes on turbo tax? Also I’ve paid more than what the “total taxes owed” displays on turbo tax.

What is "TBA?"   You only pay TurboTax its fees for using the software.  As for your federal or state tax due, your only proof that you paid your tax is your own credit card or bank statement.  TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due.   And, your TurboTax account will always display the amount of tax that was due when you used the software to prepare your returns; it will not change to show whether you paid.
