Going through a divorce

I'm going thorough a divorce but I don't have his information, he wont talk to me and there is no divorce attorney since we weren't married that long and there is nothing to fight over I don't know what to do.

You can file married filing separately and then you will not need his information for your return.

You must provide spouses name and SSN.    If you don't know the SSN then you can only print and write "Refused' in it's place and mail the return.  It cannot be e-filed without the SSN.  (He needs your SSN also).
