to subheading: "Other Income Taxes"

2nd section is 2018 refund applied to 2018 and click Start.

Otherwise see below to transfer entire return information from online to cd product this year.

Estimated tax payment made not deducted on taxes owed this year. I've already entered the amount I paid and it didn't make a difference on my taxes owed. Why is that?
