Getting to start Tubo Tax

I found it very hard to install Tubo tax when the  disc would not work on my computer.  I kept hitting on microsoft and that point there were SMALL indications at the bottom of the screen but they did not look like I was to use them.  Finally my daughter talked it through for them but it took almost 45 min for it to open so I could register it .   I am old but have used Tubo tax for years and have touble for the last 2 years.  Hope next year I will remember and it will be easier
