I'm entering my expenses and the amount I'm owing is not going down. I have used tubo for many years. What have I done wrong in what I have checked. I would like to talk to someone. Getting very frustrated.

Which area of the program are you entering expenses in?  This may not indicate a problem and we would be happy to help you troubleshoot with more information. 

 

There are areas of the program where this behavior would be normal, particularly under the newer tax laws. 

 

But to answer your question, to clear and start over you go to the menu on the left, and clock on Tax Tools and then click Clear & Start Over.
