Getting duplicate file found in same transmission. Then also says tax year 2023 transmissions are not avaliable. is not ready to process tax year 2023 for this return.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax. Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
