I called Intuit 2 days ago. They said they would call back yesterday because there seems to be a glitch in my program. I didn't receive a call. I called today and left my number. No return call. I have to call the main number each time...get a call 2 hours later...tell them I already have a case number and a tax expert is helping me...get transferred to a tax expert...leave another message...wait a couple hours..sigh. So, no call yesterday or today. I literally cannot move to the file screen without this being fixed. Anyone have any insider info on how to contact them more effectively?

You are in the final week before the deadline--the customer support lines are very busy. You will likely get an answer or help faster by posting your problem or question here in the user forum. We can deal with most problems except for billing issues.
I know they are busy. I do expect a call when they say they will call though. I have talked to the tax expert and they couldn't figured it out. Here goes though. When I get to the end it says that I need to add my pass through entitiy name. I clicked that we don't have one but it won't let me continue.
I did get a call at midnight. WOOHOO!! He couldn't figure it out so gave me a new number to call the tax experts directly. I just called and it was the same line. lol I left a message. Hopefully they will call back in time to transfer me to the tax expert that I will leave a message with so they can call back.
I received the call back from the 'direct line to the tax experts' I was given last night. Well, it was the main line again. I now have 3 case numbers and no help. She was transferring me to a supervisor to see if they could help and guess what? It went to a message saying they would call later..goodbye. Iol I told her that I was pretty sure that when she transferred me, I would get stuck in the loop again. I am not even in the tax expert loop this time. Just fyi..I am always very nice and calm and not rude. They are nice while telling me that unfortunately they can't do anything. Everyone is nice.
lol Got a call from the resolution department. She said she would immediately transfer me to the tax expert dept. I said that this would be the first time my call survived a transfer. She said it would. It didn't. I was disconnected. Still not even in line with the tax expert department. She of course was nice. I was nice. We were all nice. Soo...I called back and got in line for another call in a couple of hours to someone who can't do anything for me. But..I bet they will be nice. lol
I finally figured it out myself. So disappointed in their helpline.
