IRS stated people who used the get my payment tool before thursday.....will be paid following week.....been dodging landlord this long......1 week to go.....he left message saying rent or tent.....this was so un professional

where do you put in the estimated taxes paid, I go to other tax situations and all is see is the penalty for underpayment but no place to put in the estimated payments
