what if you got a payment plan but all your money isn't on the card? how long does it take for the money to come off your card when they take the payment it says like 2 days is that true do I have time or no?

It is like any other type of purchase. It depends. It is best to have the money in there prior to making the payment as the money can be charged to your card as soon as you hit the pay button. There is no way to tell, if it will be instant or a couple of days.
