Hi i am 19, in school, and living with my parents. I have gambling winnings of 6000 as of right now for the year. My parents can still claim me as a dependent right?

must be a full-time student ( 5 months per year)

you haven't provided over 1/2 your support

haven't file a joint return where there is a tax liability

A US citizen, resident alien or national, or a resident of Canada or Mexico

answer yes to all 4 and your parents can claim you

hypothetically speaking say i keep winning will their be a limit for how much i can win or as long as i still fit in that criteria they can still claim me

your winnings would count as support provided by you so that one thing to consider. see point about support in previous post.
