You do not need to send the GA-8453 to the state. I'll explain a little more about this form below.
It sounds like you worked with Full Service for your 2022 Georgia tax return. The GA-8453 is used when working with a tax preparer for you to give your consent for the tax return to be filed electronically. You probably signed this form electronically as part of your checkout process. You should even see an electronically-signed copy of it in your tax documents. You can keep retain this document with your tax records for 2022, but there's nothing else you need to do with it!
