In my Intuit turbotax Summary Sheet for Georgia it says I need to "Sign and date Form GA-8453 within 1 day of acceptance." Do I sign it and send it to Georgia Revenue Department? There is a copy that was sent electronically with my Georgia Tax Return. There are no instructions to send it just to sign it. Please explain. Thanks a bunch!
