I was a full-time student (12 credit hours) 17 Aug 2016 - 17 Dec 2016. Box 8 (Check if at least half-time student) of my 1098-T is checked. So, on my return, should I report "Full-time" or "At least half-time"?

In TurboTax, you should check "At least half-time" as indicated on your form 1098-T.

For the American Opportunity Credit, "at least half time" is equivalent to "full time".

I was searching in help, to understand why my 22 year old daughter had tuition but didn't qualify for any credits.  I came across some helpful comments from 2019, and there is still a bug in TurboTax.  If you select full time, which is what she is, it gives you nothing.  If you select at least Half Time, it gives you a credit.  Can't believe there is still an error in the program 4 years later.
