FRAUD

Turbo Tax changed my selection to a higher priced product without asking, and slipped in a new unavoidable $35 fee for direct deposit. I have had my time wasted by 2 customer service representatives. The first dropped the call after claiming I could not be heard and did not call back. The second said a refund code was getting emailed which never arrived. Doubling how much it costs to file taxes by deception is wrong. No one should be using Turbo Tax
