Just to informed you that my State Tax return was not accepted , I received a letter stated i need to

mail in some documents ,My question is why is that when I was instructed by you in filling Please look into this for me .Thank you

The Franchise Tax Board (FTB) is requesting documentation to verify information on your tax return. This does not indicate that TurboTax missed something when you filed your return. It is not unusual for the IRS or States to ask for information after a return has been filed.
