forms do not show up

Can you clarify what's happening?

Are you in the TurboTax Decktop/CD software?
Do you see the FORMs mode in the top-right corner?
What happens if you click that button?
Are you in the Online Software?
Did you pay the TurboTax Fees that allows you to view the forms?
