Forms default (not "Federal Information Worksheet")

I would like Forms to open "Form 1040" by default.
For example, if I open the program and View Forms, it opens "Federal Information Worksheet". This is never what I need to work on. Form 1040 is the most common I want to view, and then I might drill down through forms by double-clicking on entries.
Note that there is a more reasonable response from more specific steps in step-by-step; for example, from editing my mortgage lender to "Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet".

But most of the higher-level step pages go to "Federal Information" or "State Information"; for example, "the Deductions and Credits" page goes to "Federal Information" (not "Schedule A"). These "information" entries tend to get taken care of once at the beginning of a new file. Later, the purpose of going to forms always is to examine other details under the 1040 or 540 (state).
