Form W-2 employee SSN does not match the taxpayers security number entered on the federal information worksheet, what do I do? All the information is correct on my end.

Check the Social Security Number you entered in the MY INFO section, to be sure it matches the SSN on your W-2.

The MY INFO entries are what is on the 'Federal Information Worksheet'.

You could try to delete/re-enter your SSN in this section (screenshot).
