for my turbo taxi posted re 8997 did 2021 taxes leaving out my72k investment in OZ stock that is an opportunity zone. did not include 8997 since turbo doesnt have it.. i amended return to get proper credit for investment using 8997. i got my additonal refund. For 2022 filing (with extension) will leave out oz form and leave my refund with irs. i sold my oz in 2022 so will increase on amended the 72k to show how much short- and long-term gains used for offset in 2021. its a pain and luckily i am thru with opportunity zone in 2022
