I recently received a letter 12C with this same issue. I double checked my pdf file vs the tax forms, and everything matched. I have sent my 1095-A form with a copy of the letter, as requested in the letter. I am waiting on a response or processing of my return.
I wonder if there is a glitch in the processing program related to this issue?
