Form 8949 Part II with box F checked -- is this possible in TurboTax?

$13 "Cash in Lieu" of 0.83 shares of VTRS, from a spin-off of another stock I own.  My broker reported this to me as realized gain, but did not report on form 1099-B to the IRS.

Of course.

Box F or C will be checked when you tell TurboTax you did not get a 1099-B for  that transaction.

If basis is not reported the 1099-B is still sent; that ix Box E or B.

Thanks for the reply.  For some reason TurboTax Deluxe is stuck here.  I've chosen "long term/no 1099-B" (I'm paraphrasing) but I can't progress past this point in preparing my taxes.  it's stuck on "needs review".
