Form 8938

After doing form 8938, interest income from foreign bank did not populate OID interest income worksheet, nor  schedule b , line 1.
I don’t have form 1099 int from the foreign bank, unable to manually fill in 1099 INT.

In previous years with TurboTax premier, after filling in form 8938, it automatically populate the worksheet and schedule b, line 1.

Is there a bug?

Form 8938

Form 8938 is an information only form and doesn't feed (nor read) data from the income sections of Schedule B.  The notations of where the income "goes" are for the department that process the 8938, to let them know where it is reported on your tax return.

You will need to enter the foreign interest separately in the Income section of TurboTax.  While you won't have a form 1099-INT, you should still be able to enter the pertinent data in that section of the program.
