Form 8889 - year 2020 -

I am unable to change the name or the SSN at the top of the form.

The name and beneficiary’s social security are for the same person. 

Shouldn’t the beneficiary’s SSN be different ??

the SSN should be that of the owner who is also the (primary) beneficiary
