Form 8822-b

Hello,

It has been 2.5 months since I filed form 8822-b to change the responsible party of a single-member LLC. I spoke to an IRS representative today and they said to resubmit (Mail) the form since it had been so long. I did, this time via Certified mail - will mailing this form again cause any issues?
