Form 8606 not generating

Hello, 

I am having difficulty using Turbo Tax online where it will not generate form 8606. I contributed to traditional ira using taxed money and then converted all of it to roth ira (backdoor roth). Now I am being taxed. I put in the info including 1099 R but still unable to generate the needed 8606

Entering a backdoor Roth is a two-step process:  You first need to enter your traditional IRA contribution and then the distribution to convert to a Roth by following the step-by-step instructions in the following TurboTax Help Article:

Thanks for responding! I did see that post, although this part never popped up for me on the screen:
Select Yes, make part of my IRA contribution nondeductible.
