Is there an option to amend an efile on the same day sent to change the summary to individual transactions for 1099-B Bitcoin ? (Only four transactions)

No, not on the same day as e-filed. You must wait for IRS acceptance or rejection. If by any chance it is rejected you can correct the return and send it right back without amending. If that doesn't work out, you can amend once the amended return is ready.
You should send the Form 8453 and Form 8949 if it is requested with the original accepted return. You can send the corrected forms once you amend the original if necessary.
The amended return may not be ready yet. If you want to make changes or add a document to a tax return that has already been filed and accepted by the taxing agency, you should follow these guidelines.
By using the link, Tax Forms Availability, you can continue to check to see when it's ready. Be sure to review all the instructions before you begin so that TurboTax knows the original information and the changes.

The amended form will be ready later in the year. By using the link, Tax Forms Availability, you can continue to check to see when it's ready. If you decide you do need to amend use the steps in the link below.
Be sure to correct your state return as well.
how difficult is it to mail in the details of four transactions?
You can get a copy of Form 8949 in filllable PDF from the IRS website.
Filling it in is exactly what you would have to do to do it by amendment with TurboTax.
But easier manually.
@fanfare not difficult but the 1099-B is missing cost basis
@fanfare right but I already have included 8949 in the efile first transactions from other brokers. Do you mean filling out a separate 8949 for the four transactions? Cant this just be added to the existing 8949 ?
if you efiled with a summary that included those four transactions and with an incorrect basis,
then you have to amend to enter the correct basis and get your refund.
