My wife and I gave a $100k gift to my daughter from a joint account. On Schedule A do I list the value as $50k made by me and $50k by my spouse, or do I list it as 100k from me and not list any gift from my wife (she gave no other gifts aside from this joint gift to my daughter).

You should split the gift between spouses.

Each spouse will need to file their own form 709.
