The first time I received this error, I spent an hour with the "tax expert" until she then told me that this was an on going problem. The second time a week later I spent 1 1/2 with the "tax expert" to only be told that the error won't be fixed until 3/23..... You would think the "tax expert" would know about the fixingof the problem BEFORE you spend and hour to an hour and a half "fixing" it! I am very disappointed and will not use Turbo tax again. The tax deadline is April 15th!
