form 5118 wont let me complete my state return and i cant edit the form?

Form 5118 is a Detroit City Tax return. It is included with a Michigan State return if needed. 

What is the issue?

What do you need to edit?

Which TurboTax are you using, Online or Desktop?

im online, When it checks for errors that form comes up and i cant edit it or anything but press continue then it lets me to the rest of the steps with payment and everything then i does another check and that form comes up again. i cant process my state return its a never ending loop. there is no option not to include the form

Same problem with Detroit (Michigan) form 5118 on Desktop version, in a loop saying that I have job-related expenses (which I don't).  Please advise.

So frustrated, having the same problem with Detroit (Michigan) form 5118 on Desktop version, in a loop saying that I have job-related expenses (which I don't). Is there a way to override this issue. I contacted support yesterday and they were not much help. Please advise.
