Form 4868 extension payment not flowing through

My payment shows up on Form 4868 on Line 7 and checkbox A is selected.  That payment amount does not flow through to any other forms though and my return is not reflecting the payment I sent in with the extension.  Is there a way to fix this?

Yes, you can post it yourself.  

Open TurboTax

1. Under Federal
2. Select Deductions and Credits
3. Scroll down the list to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
4. Select Estimated Tax Payments from the drop down
5. On the new drop down choose Federal estimated taxes for 2023 (Form 1040-ES)
6. Did you pay federal estimated taxes for 2023? - YES
7. Select Add Another Payment and post the payment with extension.

Found a better and more accurate solution than the previous reply.

For the desktop version

1 - View>Forms 

2 - Open "Tax Payments"

3 - On line 9, enter the payment amount sent in with your Form 4868 extension request.

This will then properly flow the extension payment to the right spots on Schedule 3, Line 15 & Line 31 on form 1040.
