The 4684 is available for federal returns but not for all states. Some states haven’t responded to Intuit about conformity with the Federal Disaster Relief Act so we are blocking those state returns for now.

GA finally confirmed that they conform with Federal and GA will be live after this week's update (Friday expected available). Nebraska will be ready when confirmed.

You can go ahead and file your federal.

how long is it going to take to update Nebraska for form 4684? It's been weeks. I'd like to file Nebr now. Who can I complain to? I don't want to file a paper return.  Will TT ever get this fixed?

Some forms aren't available to be E-filed yet. This could be because the State hasn't released the form to be electronically filed. Once they do release it, it might take a few days for TurboTax to integrate it into the system.

If the form says its Unsupported, it means that it is not supported by TurboTax, and you wont be able to file it electronically, instead you will have to print and mail either the form itself or the whole return.

Please refer to the link below for when this form will be ready to be E-filed.

When will my individual tax forms be available in TurboTax?
