Form 4562

It has come to my attention that in Turbo Tax 2021, I have multiple properties and two of them do not have the 

Form 4562 in the forms section. They do have the AMT Report, Depr Report, and Schdule E worksheets just not the Form 4562. All the other properties have it. How do i get it and did it file without that form in the return.

There is only one 4562 that is filed with the IRS for each business- check to see if the information is included on one of the other copies.  From the IRS instructions: File a separate Form 4562 for each business or activity on your return for which Form 4562 is required. If you need more space, attach additional sheets.
