Form 2439

Entering info for 2021 taxes and seem to be hung up in a loop responding to the question Did you receive a Form 2439.  I select No, and TT asks about Straddles or Section 1256 contracts; I select No; and it asks about buying ISO stock in 2021; I say no and TT ask if I sold any investments in 2021; I respond no to next 2 questions and it takes me back to Did you receive Form 2439

Check any Schedule K-1 entries you made. Form 2439, Notice to Shareholder of Undistributed Long-Term Capital Gains, would be included as supplemental information with Schedule K-1 from an investment. The information for Form 2439 may be provided without you actually receiving the form.

Here's a link to the actual form: IRS Form 2439 (PDF)

I was able to replicate this loop by choosing "Visit all" in the Investment income section.

You can break out of this loop by clicking on Wages and Income in the upper left corner after you have entered all of your information for this section. Next choose, "I'll choose what I work on," the on the right.

You can then proceed to the next section, Retirement Income by scrolling down to it and selecting Visit all, or picking a specific topic.
