Form 2210 page 3 copy 2

In reviewing the forms that TT submitted to the IRS, I see there is a Form 2210 Page 1, Page 2, Page 3 as expected.  BUT there's also another Page 3 (copy 2). This extra page 3 copy 2 is pretty much empty except for a few fields that TT filled in for me.  The extra page does NOT show up in when clicking the "Forms" icon within TT.   It only appears in the saved pdf, and I presume, in what was e-filed.
