Form 2210: Line D Withholding. "The sum of the four columns is not equal to your total withholding of $XXX for the year" There are actually only 3 columns

The columns are for 1-7/15/2020, 7/16-9/15/2020, 9/16-12/31/2020. Mine all add up to the total withholding for the year that Turbotax is looking for. But it is telling me it is not equal.

I completed my information and signed in again since I haven't filed yet.  I got this error as well and it does not allow me to enter in the amounts manually.  Mods, please help!
