When will form 1310 be available for the 2021 tax season?

I see by the link that it is supposed to be ready

Form 1310  Stmt of Person Claiming Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer
Print 03/03/2022
Efile 03/03/2022
However when i  update and run TT  it still shows, "Ready Soon"  and will not let me complete the taxes.

Are you preparing a return for a deceased taxpayer?

 

Form 1310 is not scheduled to be ready until 3/3/2022. The program will indicate that the form is not yet available and the date could very well change.
