TT online is stating form 1116 is not ready yet, even though on my tax breaks summary page it is showing the relevant foreign tax credit that it took from line 7 of my 1099 DIV.    Should I wait to file until the form is available...is so when will it be?

You cannot e-file your tax return until all the forms and schedules included in the return have been finalized and are available for e-filing.

Form 1116, Foreign Tax Credit for tax year 2021 is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 02/17/2022

if single and your FTC is under $300 you can fie without form 1116

you enter only the foreign dividends

and the foreign country - "various" works

do not link to a column on the 1116
