Form 1099-SA (HSA)
Is the information on Form 1099-SA entered on a tax return? There were contributions made in 2022. There was also a distribution. Contribution was $960, distribution $182.

You will enter in the Wages and Income section
Scroll down to Less Common Income and click on Show More
Click on Start or Revisit for 1099-SA, HSA, MSA
Click on the type of account and the next page will allow entry for your Form 1099-SA
It will ask a few screens of questions and one will be Did you put any money into an HSA.
If the total $960 contribution was already showing in your Form W-2, you will not have to enter it again.
