Form 1099-NEC

Hi,

I'm a graduate student and after a summer internship I got an 1099-NEC.

I'm resident in Georgia an the internship was in California (since I'm an international student, for tax purposes I'm a nonresident alien).

I have benefit from the Italian tax treaty (art. 14(1)).

Where should I report the amount listed in the 1099-NEC?

NON RESIDENT ALIEN
