Form 1099-INT ? My 1099-INT form from Nuvision FCU has Box 16 value BUT doesn't have value in Box 17. The bank said no corrections needed. How do I continue w/out Box 17?

The TurboTax program require me to enter a number in Box 17. The bank is in Alaska, and AK doesn't have a state tax. Should I enter "zero". How can I override the TurboTax program?
