Form 1099-DIV not showing Control Number

My 1099-DIV form is from Computershare Trust Company of Canada and does not show a Control number -how do I enter the information?

You do not need to enter a control number. This is for the issuers use. You can leave this blank.

Except it won't allow me to go further without entering something -do I just enter "n/a" or?
